By using KindlyPass you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English because we're parents, not lawyers — and we think you deserve to actually understand what you're agreeing to.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any KindlyPass tools, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses KindlyPass, whether or not they have created an account.

🛠️ What KindlyPass Is

KindlyPass provides informational tools to help special needs families communicate their child's needs more easily. This includes tools like restaurant communication cards, school summary sheets, and future tools like a sitter finder and sensory-friendly map.

It is important to understand what KindlyPass is not:

⚕️ No Medical or Legal Advice

Nothing on KindlyPass — including our tools, content, blog posts, or any communications from our team — constitutes medical advice, legal advice, therapeutic guidance, or any professional service of any kind.

Always consult qualified professionals — including your child's physicians, therapists, educators, and legal advisors — when making decisions about your child's health, education, or wellbeing. KindlyPass tools are designed to complement, never replace, those relationships.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

KindlyPass tools and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

KindlyPass and its creators are not responsible for any outcomes — positive or negative — that result from the use of our tools. This includes but is not limited to interactions at restaurants, sitter relationships, school communications, or emergency situations.

In no event shall KindlyPass be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

💳 Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions: KindlyPass subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

One-time purchases: Any one-time digital purchases (such as downloadable templates) are non-refundable once the download has been delivered, as the product is immediately accessible.

Technical issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing something you paid for, contact us at support@kindlypass.com within 7 days and we will make it right.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. KindlyPass does not store your payment information.

📝 Your Content

Any information you enter into KindlyPass tools — your child's name, diagnosis, needs, or any other personal details — belongs entirely to you. KindlyPass claims no ownership over your data.

As described in our Privacy Policy, this data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We cannot access it, and we do not want to.

🔄 Changes to Terms

KindlyPass is a growing product and these terms may be updated from time to time as our services evolve. When we make significant changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
